I am a multimedia designer. I deal with many forms of designing and aim to create designs that easily transfer over various forms of media.
Since 2007 I have been doing freelance work as a designer creating websites, print materials, photographs and video. I found a love for the craft and added another major (marketing) while I was in college. I did so well I was able to take classes in design (color theory, etc) and actually graduated #1 in the marketing field following an honors business path.
My experience is very diverse which I gained from starting a design business to pay for college expenses. I am currently seeking employment and will greatly appreciate and review all offers. Please take the time to review my resume and don't forget to check my portfolio to see some examples of what I can do for you. There is also a quick and easy contact form at the bottom in case you wish to get in contact me right away.

I came up through school when software was changing to a more GUI based orientation. So I learned how to put websites together by clicking, dragging, and modifying. It became clear that I also needed to know the source code and how it works in order to properly finish a website. I can't spit out raw lines of code but I sure can start by placing some content, digesting it and modifying it to get the same result. Designing responsive templates/themes is very fun! That being said, I have some room to expand so I rated this skill as an 80%.
As with my skill in HTML, CSS is familiar to me but I am in no sense an expert. I can't sit down and type out a stylesheet from memory, but in this technological age, I shouldn't have to. I know how to create various elements of texts and images then modify the css to my liking. Dreamweaver is my best friend! I rated this skill as a 75 since the recent switch to CSS3 has me learning a lot of new things.
JQuery along with HTML5 and CSS3, opened up soo many options that I am learning 4 or 5 new things every day. I really don't have too much to say about jQuery except I find it very easy to load the scripts and have an image slider or lightbox, or anything else I could want. Like the other things, I wouldn't be able to just write lines of code, but I am very good at digesting the generated scripts and getting the final result I need. This one rates at a 65 as it is the newest skill I have been learning.

In March of 2012 I spent close to 10 days traveling in and around India. I was presented this opportunity through the Indiana University of Pennsylvania to go visit companies and sight see a little bit. Some major cities I visited were Delhi, Jaipur, Agra, and Bangalore. The companies I visited were ABB (Electrical Equipment), WIPRO (Global IT), and Toyota (Automaker). An ideal environment for graduates preparing for business in the 21st century as many of the MBA students are internationals from Asia, Europe, South America and Africa. My emphasis was on strategic decision making in a changing global economy. The Eberly College of Business is accredited by the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business—the gold seal for MBA programs.
Businesses can’t succeed if no one is inspired to buy their products or to use their services. As a Marketing major at Indiana University of Pennsylvania, I learned how to contribute to the success of a business in today’s global economy. I also learned to employ professional marketing industry practices and creative problem-solving.
Independent thinkers see opportunities and are willing to apply themselves to make them pay off. As a Management major in the Entrepreneurship and Small Business Management track at Indiana University of Pennsylvania, I learned the techniques behind successfully starting a business and keeping it running. This is ideal preparation for workin a small business.
